The basic type of activity of our department is the contract of carriage by sea conclusion between cargo owners and ship owners.


“Odemara Ltd.” can act as:


• Charterer’s broker, working with exclusive cargoes and on competitive basis, protecting interests of the cargo owner, carrying out on his behalf the search and vessel fixing in accordance with commercial conditions, port’s practice and marine legislation;

• Owner’s broker, carrying out search of a cargo from direct charterers and protecting interests of ship owners, concluding for them economically profitable charter-agreement.
