“Odemara Ltd”, as a representative of ship owner, performs wide ranges of duties, such as:

• berth reservation, supplying by tug, sea pilot and so on;
• the organization of performance of port, immigration, custom’s and other formalities concerning to ship’s arrival, staying in the port and her sailing;
• ship’s service in the port and arrangements for all vessel’s requirements (including tax payment, port charges and penalties, ship’s repair works, supply by fuel, water, foodstuffs and so forth);
• the organization of loading and unloading operations, acceptance of goods, cargo running operations control, preparation and issuance of cargo and ship documents;
• settlement of dispute questions in cargo delivery case and in other matters between cargo owner and port authorities, ship owner interests defense and so on.
